Workflow of VMAX tickets

Getting credentials for the system - [[Onboarding or Deleting]]

Perform an Environmental Health Check on the system -
From symmwin > [Tools] > Environmental > Health Check

Perform Procedural Health Check on the system -
From symmwin > [Procedure] >[Procedure Wizard]> CE/.../... > Health Check (verify FRUs from Bad FRUs)

Check Bad FRUs, run repair on the system -

Only select a max number of 7 disks (same type) at a time if replacing more than 1 disk
Run Replace on 1 disk then in the script select any disk with an * that is of the same type to include in the replace script

Perform above Health Checks after completing the repair

DMX - Healthcheck is under Procedure Wizard > L - CE > Keys to success
Disk replacement ran through the Procedure Wizard > Disk Tools > Disk Replacement
